TheYesCatalogues Ltd trading as Match My Claim is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry out regulated claims management activities in relation to housing disrepair claims. Firm Reference Number: 944948.

We operate strictly on a seek-and-refer basis. We help you provide initial information about your housing disrepair issue and, with your agreement, refer your enquiry to a regulated solicitor. We do not provide legal advice or handle your claim once it has been referred.

We do not charge you for our services. If a solicitor we refer you to accepts your claim and it is successful, we will receive a fixed referral fee from that solicitor. This fee is paid by the solicitor and does not affect the amount of compensation you receive.

You are not required to use a claims management company to make a housing disrepair complaint. You can raise the issue directly with your landlord or make a free complaint to the Housing Ombudsman without using our service.

* No Win No Fee – The solicitor we refer you to works on a No Win No Fee basis. They will explain their terms before you agree. Our service is free.

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us. If we are unable to resolve it, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge.

Registered Address: Yes Catalogue ltd T/A Match My Claim, Building 2 - Office 2, Retford Enterprise Centre, Randall Way, Retford, DN22 7GR.

*Figures gathered by Inside Housing show that this is a nationwide trend. Across 70 English councils that own their own stock, there have been nearly 17,000 disrepair claims in the past five years, with more than £55.1m paid out. However, the figures will be much higher because about 100 councils did not provide data. Average payout is £6,512.
