No Win No Fee – The solicitor we refer you to operate on a No Win No Fee basis, meaning you will not pay legal fees if your claim is unsuccessful. They will clearly explain their success fee, terms, and any other costs before you agree to proceed. We will receive a fixed referral fee from the solicitor if your claim is successful. Using our service is completely free of charge.
